This page will walk you through how to download and setup Doctave Studio, and how to get involved throughout the beta.

1. Download Doctave Studio
First, you can get the latest version of Doctave Studio from our releases page. You can download it for MacOS, Windows, and Linux.

By default Doctave Studio is in the current V1 mode. You can change to the 2.0 beta via the app's settings section:
- Open Doctave Studio
- At the top right, click the "Settings" button with the gears icon
- On the settings page, toggle the
Doctave 2.0 preview
option - Restart the app
When you restart Doctave Studio, it will open in the 2.0 beta mode.

Using Doctave Studio
Take Doctave Studio for a spin! Create a new project, migrate some of your existing documentation over, and tell us how you find the experience.
